Between two mirror planes …

Here’s a question from the 2009 GATE paper:

Q.15: A defect that is bounded by two mirror planes is: [You have to imagine this being read out by Big B]: (A) twin, (B) stacking fault, (C) grain boundary, and (D) edge dislocation.

While you think deeply about the possible answer even as Big B keeps talking to you, let me distract you with yet another possibility (though I’m still looking for where the defect might be …):
